Data collected
The only personal data collected through this site is that which you voluntarily submit via the contact form: name, email address, organisation, and description of your matter.
This site does not use any tracking cookies, audience analytics tools or behavioural tracking. All fonts are embedded directly in the site's code and generate no data transfer to third parties.
Purpose and legal basis
Data collected is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to arrange an initial confidential discussion.
Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6.1(b) GDPR).
Professional secrecy
Any information you provide is subject to lawyer-client privilege under French law (loi du 31 décembre 1971) and the National Internal Rules of the profession. It is never disclosed to third parties.
Technical sub-processor
The contact form is processed by Formspree Inc. (United States), used as a technical processor for message collection and delivery. Formspree operates under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of 10 July 2023).
Retention period
Contact data is retained for as long as is necessary to process your request. Where no contractual relationship is established, data is deleted after a reasonable period from the date of the last exchange.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — obtain confirmation of processing and a copy of your data;
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to legal conditions;
- Restriction — request temporary suspension of processing;
- Objection — object to processing on legitimate grounds;
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (Article 20 GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL — Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés), which is the competent supervisory authority as data is processed from France: www.cnil.fr/en/complaints
